Discussion
Possible future project
Early on set COPD: early onset COPD patients experience more mild to moderate acute exacerbation and more airway symptom, but less admission rate.
Comparison of Quality of Life(QOL) with spirometric measurement between countries: combined DLCO ± CT data could be better. But problem is the result could be affected by cultural difference
Asthma with fixed airway obstruction vs COPD with same lung function(PFT)-comparison of QOL
Female COPD: in Vietnam, professor Le ThiTuyetLan has data from 90 female patients (most of them would be non-smoker because female smoking rate in Vietnam is low). She can send data of these patients if it’s needed.
